Everyone talks about the luxury, but what's the *actual* capital appreciation forecast for ₹6-7 Cr in Mohali? I'm based in Dubai and rely heavily on community insights for ground truth. What's the builder's delivery track record, given it's still ongoing? More importantly, is the rental yield here truly attractive for an NRI, or is it just a prestige buy with limited ROI? Disagree? Bhai, 6-7 Cr Mohali mein? Thoda zyada nahi lag raha? Is price point pe Gurugram mein bhi options mil jaate hain, woh bhi developed areas mein. Capital appreciation Mohali mein itna fast nahi hota, khaas kar luxury segment mein. NRI ROI ke liye rental yield must be really high, which I doubt for such a big ticket size.
