Pyramid Heights Sohna: Is the upgrade worth it?
Completed projects in Sohna feel like the only safe bet. I'm in a 2BHK (Sector 49), thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Pyramid Heights. It's completed, but is the price jump worth it? Home loan hai, so extra EMI burden soch ke darr lag raha hai. Jo log wahan rehte hain, daily life kaisa hai? Genuinely good for living, ya sirf paper pe acha? Amenities (club house, gym, pool) actually useful hain ya bas showpiece? Schools, hospitals, markets paas hain? Commute to main Gurgaon? Society ka vibe friendly ya isolated? Real insights needed!

Yaar, but at least it's completed, right? That's a big relief for me. Most projects are still under construction. The RERA number GGM/331/63/2019/25 also gives some confidence. Plus, the possession date was 2023-06-01, so it's already done. No more waiting game. Sector 49 se Sohna door hai but for a 3BHK at this price range, maybe it's a good deal?
Bhai, I also looked at Pyramid Heights. ₹39 L – ₹77 L is a huge range for Sohna, especially for a first-time buyer like us. I'm also in Sector 49, and the thought of moving so far from main Gurgaon for a 3BHK just gives me jitters. Is the appreciation potential really there? Plus, the EMI jump for that price range will be massive. My friend bought in Sohna near Baharampur Naya and is regretting the commute daily to Cyber City. What if we get stuck there?
