Wondering if anyone tracked its capital appreciation since launch? Matlab, kitna upside bacha hai abhi? Builder ka delivery track record Sohna mein kaisa hai? Under-construction projects mein delivery risk calculate karna bahut important hai. I've seen builders delay projects by years. Resale market Sohna mein kitna liquid hai, especially for a project like Imperial Estate? Who will buy from me in 5 years? Is it a calculated risk or just FOMO?
