Is anyone else finding brokers in Gurgaon are adding their own 'extra charges' on top of builder prices? I'm looking at Pyramid Infratech's new launch in Sector 85. Broker ne ₹10L upar quote kiya compared to direct builder se for a 3BHK. Mujhe lagta hai super area-carpet area ka difference bhi bahut zyada inflate karte hain. When dealing direct, how much negotiation room is truly there for stamp duty and registration costs? Should I just go direct, ya brokers ke paas koi real hidden deals hoti hain? What's your experience, especially around total acquisition cost?
