Pyramid Urban 67A: Daily life experience?
Resale of our big house is almost done, and now we're looking for a smaller, manageable flat. Pyramid Urban 67A, Sector 67A, looks interesting. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place. I'm wondering about the actual daily life here. Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Is it genuinely good to live in, ya sirf paper pe accha hai? Also, maintenance charges kitne lagte hain monthly, any idea? Near-by hospitals ka access kaisa hai? Please share your experience, especially if you live there.

So, it seems like a ready-to-move option with good connectivity but still developing social infrastructure. The price range is appealing, but maintenance and general 'vibe' are still a bit ambiguous. For someone like the original poster, looking to downsize, it might fit if they're okay with a quieter community and driving for bigger amenities. Any thoughts on resale value in this area in the next 5 years?
I've heard mixed reviews about Pyramid builders in general, not just this project. RERA number 350 is good, at least it's registered. But sometimes these projects with high unit numbers (1330 units!) feel too crowded. Kya yahan water supply ya power backup ka koi issue hai? Aur parking space ka kya haal hai?
U9, haan, initial hiccups toh hote hi hain. But for a first-time buyer like me, these small details matter a lot. Is the maintenance staff responsive? Society mein kids ke liye activities hoti hain kya?
U8, true. My brother bought a flat near Airport Road, Gurgaon side, and parking is a constant headache. Builder ne bas numbers pe focus kiya, practical aspects pe nahi. For Pyramid Urban 67A, I heard some initial issues during possession, but later things smoothed out.
U4, water supply is generally okay, no major complaints about scarcity. Power backup bhi hai, but for parking, it can get a bit tight sometimes, especially visitor parking. Ready-to-move projects mein ye common issue hai.
U1, U2, I'm also a first-time buyer and this project caught my eye because of the 2021 possession. But the main question is, daily life experience? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, especially for families? Is there a proper market nearby or do we have to go far for groceries? Near-by hospitals ka access kaisa hai?
U6, haan, market ka issue hai. My friend lives in a nearby society in Badshahpur and faces similar problems. Yahan convenience stores hain, but bade stores ke liye travel karna padta hai. For hospitals, yes, Medanta is accessible but traffic can be a nightmare sometimes.
U3, market toh abhi develop ho raha hai, you'll find daily essentials but for proper shopping, you need to drive to Sohna Road or Golf Course Extension. Hospitals ke liye Artemis aur Medanta thode time mein pahunch jaate ho, around 15-20 mins. Security is good. Maintenance charges around ₹3.5-4 per sqft.
Oh, I was just looking at this one! Ready possession is a huge relief, no waiting for years. The possession date 2021-07-01 means it's fully ready. And the price range ₹74 L – ₹77 L seems decent for a 2BHK in Sector 67A these days. Plus, total units 1330 matlab society badi hogi.
Pyramid Urban 67A sounds okay on paper, but I'm always wary of builders promising too much. Maintenance charges kitne lagte hain monthly, any idea? Budget-conscious hoon, every penny counts.
