My last property in Zirakpur took 1.5 years to sell, despite good location. My observation is, location alone isn't sufficient for swift resale. People often overlook construction quality and builder's track record. I've seen DLF or Godrej projects in Sector 49 or New Chandigarh attract buyers quickly, often at a premium. This is because their construction quality is consistently high, which builds buyer confidence. Smaller builders sometimes compromise on standards, impacting long-term value and trust. Resale market mein yeh bahut matter karta hai. A property's structural integrity and finishing, buyers evaluate all this. Not just 'prime location'. What other factors do you find crucial for resale value beyond location?
