₹85 lakh for a 3BHK in Sector 17A is what Dasnac quoted me last week. I'm currently in a 2BHK and looking to upgrade, but payment plans are confusing. They're pushing construction-linked, but with my existing home loan, a big down payment feels safer. Is CLP really better with potential delays? What's smarter for someone like me?
