Fed up of renting, my landlord just hiked rent again so I'm finally taking the plunge in Ghaziabad. Looking at a 2BHK in Sadarpur, possibly Chitransh Developers. But the 'all-inclusive' prices they quote feel like a total joke. How much extra should I *really* budget for stamp duty, registration, PLC, and parking? Is it truly another 10-15% on top of a ₹60L flat? Not sure if my EMI vs rent math even works then.

Yaar, fed up ho gaya hoon rent se! Landlord ne phir se hike kar diya, so finally Ghaziabad mein apna ghar lene ki soch raha hoon. Sadarpur mein Chitransh Developers ke 2BHK dekh raha tha. Lekin inka jo 'all-inclusive' price bolte hain na, wo toh total joke lag raha hai. Kitna extra budget rakhna padega stamp duty, registration, PLC, aur parking ke liye? Sach mein, ₹60L ke flat pe aur 10-15% extra lag jata hai kya? Agar itna hai toh meri EMI vs rent ki math hi
