Okay I'll be honest — I'm seriously looking at Radhaya Urban Casa for an investment but have some doubts. Currently in a 2BHK in Dwarka and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there, hoping for good long-term capital appreciation. The current pricing seems high, almost ₹4-5 Cr. Is this project genuinely liquid in the secondary market? Not sure if the investor-to-end-user ratio might cause issues down the line. What's the real resale potential like in 5-7 years? Has anyone seen its price trend since launch?
