Radhaya Urban Casa – bahut dekh raha hun ye project. I'm based in Dubai, so site visit toh possible nahi hai. Thinking of investing for long-term ROI, but it's a big amount. Kya kisi ko idea hai iska real capital appreciation potential kaisa hai? Pre-launch se kitna upar gaya hai? And for rental yield, realistically, kitna expect kar sakte hain monthly? I'd need a property manager, so net rental kitna bachega? Builder ka track record with deliveries kaisa hai, on-time milta hai possession ya delays hote hain? Resale market mein liquidity kaisi hai? Will it be easy to exit after 5-7 years? POA se sab manage karna padega, so legal clarity bhi important hai. Koi experience share kar sakta hai?

Totally agree with U1. I had a similar experience with another builder near Anand Niketan, they promised the
Radhaya Urban Casa ka price range sunke hi darr lag raha hai. ₹3.7 Cr se ₹5.3 Cr, that's a HUGE amount for a first-time investor like me, especially when you're not even in the country. ROI expectations toh high honge hi, but is it realistic for long-term? Koi batao please, is it worth such a big bet?
