Upcoming projects often hide their true cost, not just in PLC, but in daily living expenses. I'm checking Radhaya Urbanity, price around ₹1.38 Cr, but wondering about the real picture. Kisi ne dekha hai iska neighbourhood properly? Schools, hospitals, markets kitne paas hain? More importantly, maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Builders often quote low, then it jumps. What's the actual monthly outflow for residents in similar new projects? Yeh sab baatein upfront pata honi chahiye.

Exactly what I'm worried about! Radhaya Urbanity looks good on paper, but these hidden costs are a nightmare for first-time buyers like us. My budget is already stretched with the ₹1.38 Cr price tag. Maintenance charges can easily add another ₹5-10k per month, aur builders ka toh pata hi hai, they never reveal the full picture until you've signed.
