Radhey Krishna Apartment investors: What's your exit plan?
₹35 lakh for a 2BHK in Radhey Krishna Apartment – just got possession last month, honestly things nobody told me before. Society mein investor ratio kaafi high lag raha hai, not sure if that's good for long-term capital appreciation. Matlab, resale market kitni liquid hogi 5 saal baad? My unit costed around ₹32L, but abhi similar ones are quoting ₹35L-₹36L, so thoda appreciation toh dikh raha hai. But I'm worried about rental yields. Kaafi units empty hain, aur jo rent pe hain, they're not getting much. End-users kitne hain yahan pe, anyone know? Kya lagta hai, is project ka resale value kitna upar jaayega next 3-5 years mein? Koi aur bhi investor hai yahan se? What's your exit strategy for Radhey Krishna? Your thoughts would be super helpful.
