Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Noida, currently in a 2BHK in Sector 76. Thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe a villa, and Radhey Krishna Apartment keeps popping up. Already have a home loan, so the price jump needs to be justified. For current residents, how's the power backup there? Is it full flat or just common areas? Also, what's the water situation like? Any tanker dependency or is the supply reliable? Honestly not sure if the premium is worth it if basic utilities aren't solid.
