Radicon Sector 110: Is floor-rise premium really worth it?

Radicon in Sector 110 quoted a big PLC for a higher floor. Is floor-rise premium actually worth that much? Or should I just look at secondary market deals? Aren't they easier to negotiate?

Guys, I'm checking out Radicon Sector 110. They're asking for a huge PLC for higher floors, like 15th-18th. Is this floor-rise premium really worth it? My budget is already stretched. Shouldn't I just look at secondary market deals? Aren't they generally easier to negotiate?

Totally agree! PLC is a scam. I saw the same thing in a project near Ajayabpur, they were asking crazy amounts for just a few floors up.
