Radicon Vedantam Phase 3: Appreciation already gone
Almost 3 years in my 2BHK in Gaur City, now seriously eyeing a 3BHK for investment. Radicon Vedantam Phase 3 is on my list, but the current pricing, like ₹78L for a 3BHK, makes me really wonder about future capital appreciation. It's ready-to-move, which is a big plus, no construction delays to worry about. But is the resale market actually liquid here? I'm worried about getting into a project with too many investors and not enough end-users, you know, a ghost society situation. What's the real rental yield people are getting in Vedantam? I'm looking for solid long-term wealth creation, not just a quick flip. Honestly, not sure if the current premium for a completed project here is truly justified. Any owners or investors can shed some light on the ground reality? What's your exit strategy looking like?
