Radicon Vedantam vs ATS Picturesque: Which is better?
Guys, I'm confused between Radicon Vedantam and ATS Picturesque Reprieves in Noida. Vedantam is ready-to-move, but ATS looks more luxurious. ATS ka price is quite high though, almost double! What do you think about the location of both? Which one has better connectivity to the metro? Has anyone experienced the construction quality of ATS? Kya Radicon mein resale value achi hai? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one would you recommend for investment? I'm looking for good ROI.

Yaar, same confusion. ATS looks great on paper, all those fancy amenities, but the price difference is just insane! Almost double for a similar size flat sometimes.
