Raheja Anandam ka price range toh kaafi wide hai, but I'm not sure if the higher end justifies the value. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. Pata karna hai daily life mein kaisa experience hai. Amenities ki reality check chahiye – gym, pool, clubhouse sab functional hain ya bas show-off? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Bachon ke liye friendly hai ya isolated feel hota hai? Is the price jump worth it for actual livability?

Yaar, main bhi is project ko dekh raha hoon. Price range dekh ke toh lagta hai kuch accha hi hoga, but budget mein rehna bhi zaroori hai. Sector 57 se upgrade kar rahe ho toh expect karte hain ki sab top-notch ho. Possession kab tak ka bol rahe hain? Suna hai Gurugram mein delays kaafi common hain.
