Raheja India Rashtra plots: better than other Gurugram options?
Mujhe aap logon ki rai chahiye Dwarka Expressway pe plots ke baare mein. Yeh video dekha Raheja India Rashtra ke plots ka Sector 88A mein. They're talking about jogging track, kids' play area, security, sab kuch hai. Location bhi Dwarka Expressway bata rahe hain. But Gurugram mein aur bhi options hain na? Not sure if these Raheja plots are actually better value compared to others nearby. Kya aap logon ko lagta hai yeh project dusre plots se zyaada ROI dega, ya aur kahin dekhna chahiye?

Is project ka RERA number RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/631/363/2022/106 hai, which is good, but due diligence is a must.
