Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. We're looking at Raheja Krishna Housing Scheme for a 3BHK, my wife's priority is definitely a safe environment and good amenities for the kids. What's the real scene with the children's play area there? Is it actually usable and safe, ya bas ek checkbox tick kiya hai? Aur construction quality after a year, especially seepage ya cracks, kitna bada issue banta hai? Family ke liye reliable ghar chahiye, not just a brochure dream.

Oh, Raheja Krishna! My cousin considered it last year. They backed out because of the construction quality concerns they heard from existing residents. Seepage was a major red flag, especially in the lower floors. Builders promise the moon, but after possession, you're on your own. My advice: talk to residents there, not just sales guys.
But what about the price? ₹13-25L for a 3BHK in a completed project sounds good, especially with 1660 units. Is it still a good deal or too cheap to be true?
Sahi baat hai. My uncle bought in Badshahpur and faced similar issues. Cracks started appearing after the first monsoon itself.
Yeah, I saw it too! The amenities looked amazing in the brochure. Especially the kids' pool and play zone. Is it really that good or just marketing hype?
Pool toh theek hai, but security ka kya? Kids' safety is paramount.
Marketing hype hi zyada hota hai bhai. I visited a similar project near Airport Road, amenities were shown grand but in reality, they were poorly maintained or half-finished. Always inspect physically, not just brochures.
Bhai, Raheja ka track record utna accha nahi hai. Especially after-sales service mein kaafi issues aate hain. Amenities dikhane mein toh sab acche lagte hain, but maintenance ka kya? Maine suna hai ki Baliawas mein bhi inke ek project mein similar complaints thi.
Par inka RERA number toh 21 hai, that means registered toh hai na? Kya RERA se bhi help nahi milti agar builder problem kare?
Totally agree. Mere dost ne bhi ek Raheja project mein invest kiya tha, 2 saal ho gaye, abhi tak lift theek se kaam nahi karti.
