Clubhouse facilities, for example, are they genuinely well-maintained and used, or just for show? Also, security systems ki effectiveness kaisi hai? Raheja Krishna? Bhai, 13-25L range mein clubhouse facilities ka kya hi scene hoga? Meri ek friend ne bhi aise hi ek project mein invest kiya tha, amenities sirf brochure mein achhi lagti hain. Real mein kitna use hoti hain aur maintenance kaisa hai, yeh important hai. Kya Gurugram mein is price point pe decent amenities mil paati hain jo rental value add karein?
Sahi pakda, yaar! Mostly toh just for show hi hoti hain. Maintenance ka to naam hi
