Moved in March, and honestly, The Center Court ki price tag dekh ke lagta hai kya mila? Raheja Krishna ka maintenance bill aadha hoga. Sab bolte hain luxury, par kitne amenities use hote hain? Total cost of ownership mein bahut fark hai. Higher EMI sirf brand value ke liye? Change my mind.

Center Court ka RERA number aur price range kya hai, kisi ko pata hai? Mujhe lagta hai numbers dekh ke hi real picture clear hogi. Just saying luxury is expensive doesn't give the full story.

I personally regret not looking at total cost of ownership more carefully when I bought my first flat near Badshahpur. The initial price looked okay, but then maintenance, society charges, club membership, even property tax, sab milake itna badh gaya ki band baj gayi. Center Court jaisa project toh aur bhi zyaada lega. Luxury ka tag sirf dikhane ke liye hota hai, mostly amenities use hi nahi hote.
Yaar luxury projects mein amenities ka bhi toh apna charm hota hai. Pool, gym, clubhouse... yeh sab bhi toh count karta hai. Sirf maintenance dekh ke decide karna sahi hai kya? Possession mila kya time pe?
Sahi baat hai! Woh 'luxury' bolke bahut extra charge karte hain. Main toh Basement parking ke liye bhi alag se paise dete hue dekha hai.
Possession toh 2019 mein mil gaya tha, jaisa site pe likha hai. Par luxury ke chakkar mein hidden costs kitne hote hain, woh bhi toh socho. Mera ek dost Airport Road pe dekh raha tha, usko bhi Center Court bahut expensive laga. Par itne price mein kya value for money hai?
Totally agree! Raheja Krishna ka value proposition is way better. Center Court ka price tag dekh ke darr lagta hai as a first-time buyer. EMI toh astronomical hogi.
