Raheja Krishna Housing Scheme mein power backup aur water supply ka kya scene hai? Investors, tenant ko problem toh nahi aati? Elevator maintenance aur response time kaisa hai, yaar?

Dekho, Raheja Krishna completed project hai aur RERA registered bhi. Price point bhi attractive hai for Gurugram. But jaisa sab keh rahe hain, basic amenities like power, water, elevator maintenance mein issues hain. Agar aap budget-conscious ho aur thodi inconvenience handle kar sakte ho for a low entry price, then maybe. Warna, thoda aur budget badha ke ya locality change karke, jaise Basai area, you might find something with better infrastructure. No clean resolution here, har project ke pros and cons hote hain.
Toh overall, kya yahan invest karna risky hai? Mera budget 15L tak hai aur main first-time buyer hoon. Koi aur project suggest kar sakte ho jo completed ho aur amenities theek ho?
Mai toh khud ek flat dekhne gaya tha pichle mahine. Lift bahut slow thi, aur ek baar toh beech mein ruk bhi gayi thi. Maintenance staff bhi koi khaas responsive nahi laga. Building ka exterior bhi thoda neglected lag raha tha. Is budget mein thoda aur research kar lo, maybe Baliawas side kuch better options mil jayein.
U11, maine 8th floor pe dekha tha, water pressure toh theek laga tha us time, but builder ne bola tha ki subah-shaam hi full pressure milega. Baki time thoda kam rehta hai. Ye common hai low budget projects mein.
U3, aapne kis floor pe dekha tha flat? Upper floors pe water pressure ka issue hota hai kya?
Price range 13L-25L dikha raha hai, but is price mein itni units ke saath quality maintain karna tough hai. Investors ko toh rent chahiye, par tenants ko basic amenities hi nahi milengi toh kaun rukega? Meri cousin Airport Road side dekh rahi thi, wahan bhi same issues hain.
U9, price theek hai for what? RERA number 21 hai, project completed hai, but the issues U2 mentioned are real. Market conditions abhi aise hain ki builders cut corners. 1660 units mein sabko khush rakhna impossible, specially with such a tight budget per unit.
Price point toh theek hai yaar for first-time buyers. Gurugram mein aur kya milega is budget mein?

Yaar, mere ek dost ne Baharampur Naya mein ek project liya tha, same builder ka. Bolte the 24/7 water, but tanker mangwana padta tha har week. Maintenance bhi naam ka. Raheja Krishna mein 1660 units hain, itne logon ko manage karna mushkil hota hai. RERA number 21 hai, but compliance kitna hai, woh ground reality pe hi pata chalta hai. Be careful.
Power backup toh hai, but for common areas only. Flats mein limited backup hai, aur generator ka noise pollution alag. Water supply ka issue toh pura Badshahpur side mein rehta hai, yahan bhi expect karo. Builder sirf brochure pe likh deta hai, reality different hoti hai.
Sahi sawaal hai bhai! Yehi main bhi soch raha tha. Power cut ka issue toh Gurugram mein common hai, especially in these new areas.
