My 2BHK in Sector 50 is getting cramped, but I'm actually looking at Raheja Krishna Housing Scheme as an investment. It's completed and the entry price seems low, around ₹13-25L. For those who own there, what's the capital appreciation been like since completion? Also, what's a realistic rental yield one can expect? I'm worried about the resale market liquidity at this price point. Is it easy to find buyers later? What's the community's take on its long-term ROI potential?

Hey OP, I was just looking at Raheja Krishna too! That ₹13-25L range for a completed project in Gurugram sounds very attractive. I'm also a first-time buyer exploring investment options. My main concern is exactly what you said – resale liquidity. Is capital appreciation realistic for such a low entry point?
Sahi kaha bhai, low entry price is tempting but Gurugram mein itne kam mein to aajkal plot bhi nahi milta. Capital appreciation will be tough unless the area develops
