Visited Raheja Krishna Housing Scheme on Saturday. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK, eyeing a 3BHK there. My main concern is construction quality post-possession. Kya baad mein seepage ya wall cracks jaise issues aate hain? Also, clubhouse facilities, are they actually used daily, ya sirf dikhane ke liye hain? Maintenance charges worth it?

Bhai, construction quality ka issue toh har jagah hai, especially after a year or two. Raheja ka track record bhi mixed reviews wala
