Just saw a video about Raheja Oma in Dharuhera. It's pitched as a luxury project there. I'm curious about the actual possession timelines. U5, RERA se bhi mostly dates hi milti rehti hain. Builder ko fine lagta hai but usse buyer ka kya bhala? Sirf mental stress badhta hai. Raheja Anandam ka bhi suna hai, units null hain, price range itna wide hai, kuch samajh nahi aata.

Absolutely, U3! My own experience with Raheja for a project near Airport Road was a nightmare. They promised delivery in 2020, then 2021, abhi tak toh foundation bhi dhang se nahi bana hai. RERA complaint file ki thi, but kuch khaas hua nahi, bas dates pe dates milti rehti hain. Payment plan mein aise phas gaye hain ki nikalna mushkil hai.
