Since January I'm looking at Raheja Universal in Saini Majra. Prices seem high. Does price negotiation actually work there? And what about hidden charges beyond stamp duty? Should I expect more surprises?

Totally agree! Mujhe bhi yahi darr hai. Itni badi investment hai, aur agar hidden charges nikal aaye toh budget pura hil jaayega. Koi experience share karo please!
