Raheja Winterwoods handover: My investor concerns

Possession mil gayi last month for my Raheja Winterwoods flat. Honestly, ab rental ki reality dekh raha hoon. Broker bol rahe hain 25-30k mil jayega, but market mein 20-22k se upar nahi mil raha. Investor ratio kaafi high lag raha hai society mein, which worries me about future resale. Agar sab investor hi hain, toh exit strategy kya hogi? Kon lega 5 saal baad? Am I missing something crucial here?

Bhai, this is exactly why I'm so scared as a first-time buyer. I was also eyeing Raheja Winterwoods, but my gut feeling about the high investor ratio made me hold back. My broker was quoting similar rentals, saying 'New Chandigarh ka future bahut bright hai,' but the ground reality for actual rent in areas like Mullanpur is completely different. Are you seeing similar issues in other projects nearby, ya bas Raheja mein hi hai yeh problem?
