Possession mil gayi last month for my Raheja Winterwoods flat. Honestly, ab rental ki reality dekh raha hoon. Broker bol rahe hain 25-30k mil jayega, but market mein 20-22k se upar nahi mil raha. Investor ratio kaafi high lag raha hai society mein, which worries me about future resale. Agar sab investor hi hain, toh exit strategy kya hogi? Kon lega 5 saal baad? Am I missing something crucial here?
