Since last year, I've been tracking Chandigarh property prices, fed up of renting. Landlord ne rent badha diya phir se, so finally taking the plunge. Raheja Winterwoods ka pre-launch pricing was good, but current rates are quite high. Matlab, kitna upside bacha hai ab for investors? I'm worried about the investor-to-end-user ratio there. Suna hai kaafi investors ne book kiya hai. Doesn't that affect future capital appreciation and resale liquidity? Koi batao yaar, iska price movement kaisa raha hai since launch? Will it truly give good ROI after 5-7 years, considering the high investor presence? Or will it become a 'ghost society' where rentals are low and resale difficult? Need some real ground reports. Hope someone has insights on this.
