Raheja Winterwoods ki daily life expectations se kaafi alag hai, honestly. I just moved in last month, March mein possession mila tha, aur ab thoda settle ho gaya hoon. Brochure mein jo dikhaya tha, usse real experience thoda different lag raha. Especially the noise levels from ongoing construction nearby, it's more than I anticipated. Air quality bhi sometimes feels off. Community vibe abhi tak toh thodi reserved lagi hai, log zyada mingle nahi karte. Not sure if that's common for new societies or specific to this one. Maintenance charges bhi kaafi high lag rahe hain for the amenities. Any residents here with first-hand experience? Does it get better, ya fir yahi reality hai?

New Chandigarh mein yahi problem hai, initial phase mein amenities aur connectivity develop hone mein time lagta hai. Chandigarh real estate market abhi thoda slow hai, toh developers bhi cut corners karte hain. Patience rakhna padega ya fir resale mein established societies dekho.

Yaar, Raheja ka track record utna accha nahi raha hai past mein. They tend to overpromise and underdeliver on amenities and timelines. My friend booked in their project near Manimajra years ago, possession was delayed by almost 2 years! Maintenance charges high hona toh common hai for new societies, but agar amenities bhi nahi mil rahi, then it's a scam. Did you check the RERA documents properly before booking?

Community vibe kaafi new societies mein initial years mein reserved hi rehti hai. Log abhi settle ho rahe hote hain ya phir apne kaam mein busy. Give it some time, maybe once the clubhouse and other facilities are fully functional, activities start, then people will mingle more. It's not necessarily specific to Raheja Winterwoods, it's a common observation in many developing areas, even in some parts of Rasulpur.
RERA documents toh check kiye the, sab on paper theek lag raha tha. But ground reality is different. What about the community vibe you mentioned? Is it that people are busy or just not interested in mingling? I thought new societies build a strong community fast.

Yes, air quality can be an issue. Especially when the wind blows from the construction site, there's a fine layer of dust on everything. Not always visible but you can feel it. And the noise, it's pretty constant throughout the day till evening. Sometimes even on Sundays.
