I'm seeing a lot of investor-owned units there, which makes me worry. What's the scene with end-users vs. investors in Winterwoods? Is it turning into a ghost society, matlab? Long-term capital appreciation ke liye sahi hai kya? Resale market mein liquidity ka kya haal hai? Who will buy from me in 5-7 years if most units are already with investors?
