Raheja Winterwoods: What's actually usable in daily life?

Did a site visit to Raheja Winterwoods last weekend. Amenities list toh bahut lambi hai, but honestly, daily life mein kitni useful hongi? Pool, gym sab theek hai, but kids play area ya community vibe kaisi hai? Aur 2BHK ka layout thoda tight laga, carpet area efficiency theek hai kya? First property hai, ab samajh nahi aa raha. Koi rehta hai wahan toh please share feedback.

Totally agree with you, OP! I also visited Raheja Winterwoods and felt the same. Amenities list dikhane mein toh sab achha lagta hai, but practical use kitna hai? Especially for a first home, we need something truly functional, not just fancy. Kids play area mujhe bhi chhota laga, aur pool area bhi crowded lag raha tha. It's a a big investment, so these details matter a lot.
