Raj Anant — builder ne brochure mein jo carpet area dikhaya tha, actual mein itna efficient nahi lagta, yaani. Aur possession ke time pe itne hidden charges lag gaye, like some 'infrastructure fee' jo pehle kabhi discuss nahi hui thi. I'm already stretching for the ₹2.10 Cr, aur ab monthly maintenance bhi ₹18 per sqft sun raha hoon. My parents said to check total cost, but I had no idea it'd be this much more. Did anyone else face these unexpected costs or feel the carpet area was misleading?

Bhai, totally agree! Humne bhi Raj Anant mein dekha tha, aur brochure mein sab chamakta hua dikhate hain, par jab final figures aate hain na, toh dimaag ghoom jaata hai. Yeh hidden charges toh builders ka naya trend ho gaya hai, especially 'infrastructure fee' ke naam pe. Meri family ne bhi ₹2.10 Cr ka budget banaya tha, par yeh extra costs dekh ke lag raha hai ki poora plan hi bigad gaya. Mujhe laga main hi akela hoon jo itna shocked hai.
