Since last year I've been actively looking to buy instead of just throwing money on rent. Raj Anant (completed project) seems interesting, price range ₹2.10 Cr–₹2.40 Cr. Matlab, iska capital appreciation kaisa raha hai since launch? Not sure if it's already peaked. Aur Gurugram mein rental yield kitna expect kar sakte hain? Kya log easily resale kar paate hain yahan? Thoda darr lagta hai ki later exit karna mushkil na ho.

I looked into Raj Anant last year. It launched at a much lower price point, around 1.5 Cr for similar configuration. So, the appreciation has already been significant. For first-time buyers, entering at 2.10 Cr might not leave much room for quick gains. Rental yield in Gurugram is usually 2-3% on average for these high-value properties, sometimes even lower for luxury segments. Don't expect miracles there. My agent showed me some properties near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) with better rental prospects, though smaller units.
1.5 Cr se 2.1 Cr? Wow, that's a massive jump. So it has peaked then, I guess?
Totally agree with the resale concern. My friend had a tough time selling a flat near Badshahpur recently, even after cutting the price. Is Raj Anant's location strong enough to overcome general market slowdowns? What's the general vibe in that specific area for quick exits?
The general vibe for quick exits depends heavily on the project's reputation and amenities. Raj Anant has good amenities, but the sheer number of ready-to-move properties coming up in Gurugram means buyers have options. It's not as easy as it used to be to sell quickly.
Haan bhai, Badshahpur mein market thoda slow hai. Raj Anant area is better but still...
Bhai, 2.10-2.40 Cr for a completed project, that's a lot of money for a first-time buyer. Raj Anant is in a good location no doubt, but that price point already feels a bit stretched for appreciation. I'd be worried about the same resale issue you mentioned.
