Okay, I'll be honest — Raj Anant looks good online but I'm worried about the ground reality for a family. Raj Anant ke amenities, especially kids' play area ya pool, actual mein kaise hain? My wife is particular about community feel aur security. Near by schools ka kya scene hai? Kids ke liye safe hai kya society?

Totally agree with you! Raj Anant ka marketing looks great, but as a first-time buyer, mere liye family-friendly environment sabse important hai. Kids ke liye proper play area aur safe surroundings hain ya sirf naam ke amenities? Yeh security aur community feel wali baat toh mere bhi dimaag mein chal rahi hai.
