Totally agree with the OP! Raj Heramba 1 Hallmark Aveneu Phase II ka maintenance ekdum black box lagta hai. My friend booked in Phase I and is constantly complaining about unexpected charges. Brochure mein toh sab gold dikhate hain, but reality kuch aur hi hoti hai, especially for things like amenity upkeep.
