Main bhi last year dekha tha RNE mein, lekin builders ki reputation aur possession delays sunke darr gaya. Ultimately, Abhay Khand mein ek resale deal final ki, thoda purana hai par location solid hai aur price bhi better mila. Naye projects mein risk bahut hai yaar.
Expressway ne connectivity toh badha di hai no doubt, par prices bhi rocket ho gaye hain. 85 lakh for a 2BHK still feels steep unless it's a really premium project with good amenities. Builder kaunsa hai?
U2, wohi toh. Builder ka track record check karna bahut zaroori hai. Mere friend ne Ghaziabad mein hi Achchheja mein ek project book kiya tha, 2 saal se possession pending hai. RERA mein complaint bhi ki hai, par kuch khaas progress nahi. 85 lakh mein itna risk kaun lega?
U2, builder ka naam toh abhi confirm nahi kiya, bas ek project dekha tha. Par aapki baat sahi hai, amenities aur builder reputation bahut matter karta hai. Kahin sirf naam ka premium na ho.
