₹78 lakh for a 2BHK at Shri Jee in Raj Nagar Extension seems like a lot. Kids have moved out, so we need something smaller, manageable. I'm worried about hidden charges. Beyond the base price, what were the actual surprise costs you faced? Like PLC, OC, IFMS... Is negotiation even possible there? Any recent buyers can share their experience?
