Raj Nagar Extension mein daily commute ka kya scene hai?

Okay I'll be honest — Raj Nagar Extension mein flat lena was a big decision, especially coming from Delhi. Pehle I was looking at Indirapuram and Vaishali, but budget thoda tight ho raha tha for a decent 3BHK. Fir Raj Nagar Extension dekha, prices seemed better, around ₹78L for a 3BHK in a good society. Abhi just moved in last month, aur daily commute kaafi different hai jo socha tha. Delhi office ke liye metro toh hai, but first-mile connectivity kaafi headache hai, autos milte hain but traffic morning mein... uff. Is it always this bad ya I'm just adjusting? Aur maintenance charges bhi thode high lag rahe hain, is this normal for RNE societies? Any tips on navigating the local transport better? Thoda concerned hoon about the long-term living experience here.
