Rajajinagar's 'heritage' is just a premium trap.
Kya Rajajinagar mein high resale value ka hype bas marketing gimmick hai? I work in real estate, but for my own purchase, I'm seeing cracks. Everyone glorifies the location and heritage, but nobody talks about the insane PLC charges for older buildings ya high maintenance for properties with no proper OC. Matlab, are we just buying into the "old money" tag without seeing the real infrastructure issues? Narrow roads, parking ka problem... it's all there, actually. I know what builders don't tell you, especially with redevelopment projects. Super area vs carpet area games are real. Are we paying a premium for a *future* that might not deliver, considering the approval hassles for old structures? Change my mind. I want actual ground realities, not brochure-speak.
