Been looking at Rajendra Nagar for a while now, trying to upgrade from my 2BHK. Builders like Gulshan Homz or ATS ke projects mein 3BHKs bahut mehngi lag rahi hain. Is that premium actually justified for the area's growth? What I'm wondering is, resale market mein kitna easy hai bechna later on? And the actual ground reality for morning traffic towards Delhi is a big concern. Any hidden truths about Rajendra Nagar's appreciation ya negotiation room jo brokers nahi batate? Hope someone has real-world experience.

Traffic towards Delhi is a HUGE concern. Subah 8 baje niklo toh lagta hai Gurgaon pahunch gaye. Meri didi ka flat hai wahan, unhone toh office shift kar liya. Kya koi actual alternative route hai jo brokers nahi batate?
Haan bhai, traffic toh rula deta hai. Anand Vihar border pe toh roz jam laga rehta hai. Koi shortcut bhi nahi dikhta. Metro hi ek option hai, but woh bhi har jagah nahi jaati.
Yaar, Rajendra Nagar mein itna premium kyun? Metro connectivity theek hai, but baaki infrastructure toh abhi bhi develop ho raha hai. Is the appreciation really that great, ya just hype?
Resale mein toh bahut problem aati hai. Mera ek dost Ahinsa Khand mein bechne ki koshish kar raha hai 2 saal se, buyer hi nahi mil rahe. Rajendra Nagar ka bhi shayad wahi haal ho.
U8, appreciation ka kuch keh nahi sakte. Current market conditions mein demand thodi slow hai, especially for higher ticket sizes. Interest rates bhi upar hain, toh log thoda wait kar rahe hain.
Hype hi lagta hai mujhe toh. Achchheja mein bhi prices badhe hain, but Rajendra Nagar is something else. Kya lagta hai, 2-3 saal mein kitna appreciation milega?
Totally relate to this post! Rajendra Nagar mein Gulshan Homz aur ATS ke projects mein 3BHKs ka price dekh ke toh BP high ho jaata hai. Premium justified hai ya nahi, yehi sabse bada question hai. Resale mein toh lagta hai aur bhi mushkil hoga.
Aur upar se maintenance charges aur parking fees alag se. Brokers toh bas project ki glossy pics dikhate hain, hidden costs kabhi nahi batate. Bahut darr lagta hai yaar.
Sahi kaha bhai! Budget mein kuch mil hi nahi raha. Lagta hai first-time buyers ke liye ye area ab dream hi reh gaya hai.
