Rajendranagar monsoon nightmare — is it still that bad?
Two monsoons back I saw some serious waterlogging near Rajendranagar and it's been bugging me ever since. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Gachibowli, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa in Rajendranagar. Logistically, it makes sense for my office. But yaar, that waterlogging scene was scary. Builders promise better drainage now with all the RRR development nearby, but is that true ground reality? Is the civic infrastructure really improving there, or is it just more concrete and no proper drainage? My budget is around ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK, so it's a big jump. Already have a home loan, so don't want to regret this. For those living there, especially near the Outer Ring Road stretch, how bad does it get during heavy rains? Is it still a deal-breaker for daily commute? Should I be worried about property damage or just minor inconveniences? Koi actual experience share karo please.

Oh god, this is my biggest fear! Rajendranagar sounds good for connectivity but waterlogging is a deal breaker. Has anyone faced issues near the PVNR Expressway stretch
Yaar, OP ne bilkul sahi pakda hai. Two years back, I was also scouting properties near Himayat Sagar road in Rajendranagar, and ek baar ki baarish mein toh roads gayab ho gaye the. My budget is similar, so I'm also super hesitant. Builders ke promises pe bharosa karna mushkil hai.
