Is pre-launch pricing for 3BHKs in Rajendranagar really worth the risk? We're upgrading for the kids, and my wife's priority is a safe neighborhood near good schools. Salarpuria Sattva had some offers, but I'm honestly not sure if these 'early bird' prices are genuinely cheaper or if hidden charges just appear later. What about the all-in costs, like OC and PLC? Does anyone know how much these add up to at possession time? Trying to avoid nasty surprises.

Bhai, pre-launch offers are almost always a trap. They show you a low base price, but then add so many charges later that the 'early bird' advantage vanishes. I've seen this happen with multiple builders. Always ask for an all-inclusive quote, not just the per sqft rate. Rajendranagar mein toh competition bhi badh raha hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera friend bhi phasa tha aise hi pre-launch mein, baad mein bahut extra laga.
