Okay I'll say what no one says — Rajendranagar ki current property prices are a bit overhyped for the actual ground reality. Everyone's comparing it to Kokapet's growth, but where's the solid ROI? I'm seeing 3BHKs push ₹1.5 Cr, but rental yields seem stagnant. Traffic is still a nightmare near main roads. Kya yeh appreciation sustainable hai without robust Metro Phase 2 connectivity? My experience suggests caution. Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree with the post! I've been eyeing Rajendranagar for a 2BHK, but the prices are just insane. For ₹1.2 Cr, I could get something better located in Attapur or even parts of Ameerpet with better rental prospects. Builder ke promises toh bade bade hain, but ground reality kuch aur hi lag rahi hai.
Haan bhai, same experience! Builder ne toh bola tha Metro station paas mein hoga, abhi tak kuch dikh nahi raha.
