₹95 lakh for a 2BHK in Rajesh Towers, Sector 137, seems high. My broker says rental yield is decent, but kya actual mein 3-4% milta hai? Builder ka delivery track record kaisa raha hai? I'm eyeing long-term ROI. Iska capital appreciation potential kitna hai? Any current owners, please share your experience.
