Rajesh Towers: Kya promised amenities sach mein milte hain?

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. Kids ke school admission ka time aa raha hai, so a good 3BHK in Noida is priority. We checked out Rajesh Towers I And J R G Luxury Homes, the sample flat looked great yaar. But I'm worried about the actual amenities after possession. Builder ne toh swimming pool, big clubhouse, green areas sab dikhaya. Does anyone live there? Kya jo promises kiye the, woh milte hain ya bas paper pe rehta hai? Maintenance charges bhi kafi high lag rahe hain, not sure if actual service quality matches up. Is it worth paying that much for facilities that might not even be fully functional? My wife is super concerned about the children's play area safety. Any ground reality check would be helpful.
