Spent the whole Sunday researching Rajkot property prices for 2026. Honestly, 3BHK rates in Krishna Kunj feel really high. Is this current price rise sustainable? Or are we heading for a big correction before 2026?

Yaar, I almost booked a 3BHK in Krishna Kunj last year for 75L, and now the same configuration is being quoted at 90L+. Builder bol raha hai infrastructure development
Totally agree with the post. I've been eyeing Rajkot for a while, especially areas like Krishna Kunj, but the prices for a 3BHK are just insane right now. Lagta hai bubble ban raha hai, which isn't good for first-time buyers like us.
