Visited a few 2BHKs near 150 Feet Ring Road. Balaji Group's project looked good, but the "all-in" cost is shocking me. Stamp duty, registration, and even parking add so much. Is there any way to estimate this better?

Totally relate, bhai! I was looking at another project near Kalawad Road, same story. Base price looks good, then you add GST, registration, society charges, legal fees... it just balloons. Builder log seedha bolte nahi hain yeh sab.

Exactly! And don't forget the amenity charges. Swimming pool, gym ka paisa bhi alag se lete hain, but they don't include it in the initial 'price list'. It adds another 50k-1 lakh easily. It's a trap for first-time buyers like us.
