Visited Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. Builders promise full power backup, but it's always just common areas. Water supply also feels like tanker dependency. Is the 3BHK premium worth these basic utility struggles? Change my mind.

Bas naam bade aur darshan chhote. Builders ko bas paisa chahiye, customer satisfaction goes out the window.
Dekho, every project has its pros and cons. Ansal Aastha ka price range ₹29L – ₹30L hai for a 3BHK, which is competitive in some areas. But if basic utilities like water and full power backup are compromised, then the long-term living experience suffers. It's about weighing what's more important to you.
Yaar, ye Rajkot mein common problem hai. Humne Krishna Kunj mein ek plot liya tha 3 saal pehle, aur ab jab construction ka socha hai, pata chala water supply kaafi irregular hai. Tanker hi bulana padega. Builders bas glossy brochures dikhate hain, reality kuch aur hoti hai. Is it really worth buying here with these constant headaches?
Haan bhai, Krishna Kunj is notorious for water problems. My uncle lives there, and it's a daily struggle.
Krishna Kunj mein toh water ka issue rehta hi hai, I've heard that too. Poore Rajkot mein abhi market conditions tight hain, aur utility issues ke saath toh aur difficult ho jaata hai for buyers. Builders should be held accountable.
Bhai, Ansal Aastha ka RERA number aur possession date kya hai? Completed project mein bhi itne issues? Sounds like a red flag to me, especially when you're shelling out so much for a 3BHK.
Totally agree with your point! Completed project mein toh sab sorted hona chahiye, not these basic struggles.
Haan, Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka RERA number UPRERAPRJ5670 hai and possession was June 2022. It's a completed project, which makes these utility issues even more concerning. Yeh toh basic amenities hain, how can they skimp on this after getting full payment?

Tanker dependency? For ₹29-30 Lakhs? Yaar, this is ridiculous! Basic amenities toh honi hi chahiye.
Absolutely feel you on this! My friend bought in another project nearby, and it's the same story. Power backup sirf lift aur lobby ke liye. Yeh log bolte kuch hain, karte kuch aur. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us.
