Kitna difference hota hai advertised super area aur actual carpet area mein Rajkot mein? I'm finally looking to buy my first 3BHK near 150 Feet Ring Road, fed up of renting. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein they are quoting something, but I heard Madhav Group projects ki carpet area thodi better hoti hai, even if super area same dikhe. Possession ke time koi hidden surprises toh nahi hote na? Maintenance charges kitne lagte hain post-possession? Don't want to get stuck with high bills after EMI. Any experiences?

Bhai, Ansal API ka track record Rajkot mein mixed raha hai. 1967 se hain toh established hain, but I've heard about significant delays in their past projects, especially outside Delhi NCR. Hidden charges toh har builder ka game hai, you need to be super careful.
