Been looking for a year now, trying to upgrade to a 3BHK in Rajkot for the kids. My wife wants a safe area near a good school, so we're eyeing Kalawad Road or 150 Feet Ring Road. Pehle laga Ansal API ya Krishna Kunj mein 70-80L tak ho jayega, but the actual "all-in" cost is confusing. Builders base price batate hain, but stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, sab milake budget hil jaata hai. Kitna extra expect karna chahiye? Aur negotiation kitna possible hai? Koi hidden charges jo baad mein aate hain, especially for a family flat?

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Rajkot mein 3BHK ka "all-in" cost is a real head-scratcher. Builders quote one price, but then PLC, infrastructure charges, legal fees, sab add hoke bill skyrocket ho jaata hai. We faced the same issue when looking near 150 Feet Ring Road. Lagta hai 20-25% toh minimum extra pakad ke chalna hi padta hai. Is there any way to get a clear breakup upfront?
